We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of any full priced product(s), please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange for a return and a credit or refund for the full purchase price of the goods.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or colour, please contact our Sales team at email@example.com. You will be issued with a complimentary return label to return the original product to us, and once the goods have been received by Inside out safety we will then ship the replacement(s) at no additional charge. Please note that only one return label can be issued per order. Any further changes will be treated as a return and repurchase.
Returns must be in as new condition, in original packaging with all tag and labels attached. We are unable to accept returns on used products, and any used goods sent to us for a return or exchange will be returned to you at your expense or discarded.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or offers refunds or exchanges for customised, discounted or promotional products except as covered by Australian Consumer law. We are also unable to offer exchanges, returns or refunds on International Orders unless the product is deemed to be faulty by Inside Out Safety. We do not accept responsibility for goods being returned that are lost in transit.
Refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original payment and do not include shipping charges unless the return is accepted by Inside Out Safety in writing as being due to our error prior to the return. InsideOutSafety.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
If you have a Warranty or Consumer Guarantee issue, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for advice on how to proceed. Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer’s instructions, which vary for each product.
