Because of the high viscosity of the product, you may need to depress the pump up to 30 times before the first use.

- Wash & dry your hands
- Pump the hydrogel onto the palm of your hands. The recommended amount will vary based on your hand size:
- 1 x pump for small hands
- 2 x pumps for medium hands
- 3 x pumps for large hands
- The amount may vary depending on how high up the wrists and arms you wish to protect
- Spread the hydrogel gently and evenly across both hands, taking care to coat both front, back and sides, between the fingers and around the nails. Do not rub in
- Allow 30-60 seconds to dry completely. You may waft your hands or use a hand dryer to speed up the drying process
- RevoGlov washes off with water. Wash off any contaminants according to industry standards

What process does the RevoGlov hydrogel undergo to become a microfilm coating?
The hydrogel goes through a three-phase procedure to turn it into a microfilm glove that adheres to the skin.
Phase 1: (immediately upon application) The hydrogel sticks to the skin as it spreads. The hydrogel’s mesh/foam structure traps the natural solvent (water) in the liquid phase.
Phase 2: (1–60 seconds) Water evaporates due to heat from the skin, as well as other factors like environmental temperature, relative humidity, and barometric pressure, compressing the mesh structure into a thin microfilm covering.
Phase 3: After the water has evaporated, the microfilm has fully developed, attached to, and settled on the skin, leaving a smooth feel on contact.
Do I have to wait for it to dry before working?
Yes. To be effective, the microfilm glove must dry completely, which it does in less than a minute after applying the necessary amount. After the water has evaporated, the completely dry microfilm gloves have a smooth, non-sticky feel.
