MODATech® Orange Flame Range
Syzmik Workwear understands that an FR garment has to be cool and comfortable enough to wear, or workers simply will not wear it. To combat this they’ve developed a fabric that provides outstanding moisture wicking characteristics in a light 250gsm fabric that delivers high level HRC2 – 9.7 Cal arc flash protection as well as ISO 14116:2008 and ISO 11612:2008 certified flame protection.

Only FR Rated Components Used:
No corners have been cut when making the Syzmik Workwear Fire Armour Orange Flame range, as they take the performance of their products seriously. All products in the range use fully FR rated trims including reflective tape, snaps, buttons and zippers. Non FR rated closures can melt when exposed to flames, making the garment difficult to remove and putting the wearer at greater risk of injury.
Designed to minimise exposure:
The range has been designed to achieve minimal skin exposure so all products feature gusset sleeves
Garments can be removed quickly:
The garments have also been designed to be quickly removed in case of emergency, so all shirts use FR press studs and all overalls use FR zippers for quick removal

- All reflective tape, press studs, labels, threads, buttons, mesh and any other trims on the garment are FR rated
- Gusset sleeve closure for extra protection with FR rated press studs
- Concealed FR centre placket for extra protection
- Two chest pockets with covered FR press stud closures
- Two way radio and gas monitor loops on the shoulder yoke
- Label that clearly shows FR rating of garment so workers can be quickly identified as having the right level of protection
