The BOTTLECHOCK Cylinder Restraint System is built for peace of mind. Made in Australia, it keeps your cylinders — gas bottles, oxygen tanks, fire extinguishers, oil drums, and more — tightly secured, whether inside a building, mounted on a vehicle tray, or stored outdoors.
This robust restraint kit features a flexible, UV-stabilised nylon chock and your choice of bracket in galvanised steel or premium 316 stainless steel for tougher environments. No more cumbersome lifts — strapping in or removing cylinders is fast and safe, thanks to one-pull buckles and quick-release pins. With multiple size options (Small through Large) and the ability to secure one to four cylinders per kit, you get both safety and flexibility.

Construction
- Available in 1.6mm thick galvanised or 316 stainless steel brackets
- Kits include both top and bottom fittings
- Size (cylinder diameter): Small (100-145mm), Medium (160-230mm), Medium Large (230-310mm), Large (245-375mm)
- Available with red or hi vis yellow chock
- Specialised Oxygen/Acetylene kits available in two sizes, in both galvanised and 316 stainless steel brackets
Technical Specifications
- Flexible nylon chock material is UV stabilised during manufacture
- All non-metal components are highly combustion resistant & self-extinguishing
- All metal components of the Bottlechock Cylinder Restraints kit with the exception of the mounting brackets are manufactured from stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance
- Brackets are available in either galvanised steel or 316 stainless steel. The steel brackets are galvanised for corrosion resistance. 316 stainless steel’s improved corrosion resistance makes the Bottlechock Cylinder Restraints ideal for marine and specialty applications.
