Before ordering I sent a couple of email enquiries about sizes, materials etc to InsideOutSafety in Australia. Both were answered quickly and comprehensively. Hat ordered on eBay UK with estimated delivery date 16 to 27 August which seemed reasonable considering it had to get from Perth, Australia to Wales, UK.
